I ordered from justcozy.ca because I wanted something cozy to throw on around the house. That was the whole idea. Couch, coffee, lazy evenings. I was mostly chasing that really soft, plush feeling.
When it arrived, it felt nice at first. Comfortable, for sure. But not quite as soft as I had built it up in my head. After wearing it a couple times, I still like it, just… yeah. The fabric is more average-soft than super plush.
Shipping was fine, no issues there, and it looks decent enough. I’ll definitely still wear it around the house. Just wouldn’t say it blew me away on softness. Not bad. Not amazing either.

I ordered from Just Cozy, and the delivery showed up later than they originally said it would. The tracking, didn’t update much either, so I was kind of left guessing. The product itself was okay, but waiting around, without clear info, was frustrating.

The stuff was really cute, so I was excited to order. But then I got to checkout and the shipping cost was way higher than I expected. Not saying there’s a whole secret shipping-cost scheme going on... but it definitely felt like the cute prices were there to lure me in and the real hit came at the end

I’ve been happy with it overall. It keeps me really warm on cold mornings, especially when I feel kind of trapped inside by the weather and don’t want to deal with the cold. My only complaint is that the shipping took a bit longer than I expected.

It feels okay overall but the material is thinner than I expected. Not bad for the price just wish it had a little more weight to it...

I reached out with a question and customer service got back to me really fast. They sorted it out without turning it into a whole big thing, which I seriously appreciated. Happy with how easy it all was

I liked the variety here, it has a nice cozy feel to the styles.. I just wish there were a few more color options to pick from

I was browsing justcozy.ca and, i mostly zeroed in on the colours and styles I already had in mind. The good thing was that most of those were actually in stock, which made shopping easy. I did notice a couple colours were either low or sold out, but it wasn’t a huge deal for what I needed.
I’d probably give 5 stars if the bigger sizes didn’t disappear so quickly. I didn’t really spend much time looking outside my main picks, but for the items I was focused on, the checkout was smooth and I didn’t have to wait around for a restock.

I was in a good mood when this arrived, and thankfully the fit didn’t ruin it. I ordered my usual size and it fit just right, so there was no awkward guessing or need to exchange it.

I’ve washed it a handful of times already and it still feels soft, with barely any shrinking. There’s a little bit of pilling, but nothing major or enough to bother me. Overall, I’m happy with it.

I got this hoodie as a gift, i liked the look of it right away. The problem was the sizing felt off on me, so I ended up having to exchange it, which was a bit of a hassle. It’s not a bad gift at all, I’d just recommend double-checking the size first so you don’t have to deal with the same thing I did...
